Proposed visual identity for RiverPoint, a new real estate development project in Washington D.C.’s Capital Waterfront. The building is located at the confluence of two rivers, the Anacostia and the Potomac, inspiring the logo mark. Rather than simply boasting about waterfront views from afar, we positioned the building as a place to really live ON the water, complete with personal kayak slips and docks.
